During Warranty Period (3 Years):

  • For any product issues or questions, please contact us at support@tgdecorus.com with photos/videos of the problem
  • We will respond within 12 hours with solutions
  • For accessory issues: Free express replacements (delivery in 9-10 business days)
  • For electrical circuit issues: Our engineers will assist within 1-2 business days

Important: Products must be installed by professional electricians.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Improper use or installation
  • Man-made damages
  • Natural disasters

After Warranty Period:

  • Technical support still available
  • Replacement parts and technical assistance will incur charges
