Order Delivery Timeline

Our delivery timeline is divided into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.

1. Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM Eastern Time (New York) (GMT-05:00).
Orders placed before 6:00 PM on business days are considered received the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM, or on weekends or holidays, are considered received the next business day.

2. Handling Time (Processing)
It takes 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday) to process your order, pack it, and hand it over to the carrier.

3. Transit Time (Shipping)
Once shipped, the estimated transit time is 2 – 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If tracking does not update after this period, please contact us at support@tgdecorus.com.

Order Cancellation

We can modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of placement if it has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy after receiving the package.

Damages in Transit

Although rare, damage can occur during shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
