Return Policy Overview
At TGDecorus, we stand behind the quality of our products. We accept returns for defective or damaged items only.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a confirmed defect, manufacturing issue, or shipping damage.
Please Note: We do not accept returns for “change of mind,” incorrect selection, or preference-based reasons (e.g., style, finish, size, or color expectations) when the item is not defective.
What Qualifies as a Defect or Damage
- Defective Item: Manufacturing defects, missing essential parts, or functionality issues that prevent normal use.
- Damaged in Transit: Visible damage caused during shipping (box damage alone may not qualify unless the product is affected).
- Wrong Item Received: We will correct fulfillment errors at no cost to you.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a defective/damaged return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging whenever possible.
- You must provide the order number and proof of purchase.
- You must provide clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or damage (see “How to File a Claim” below).
Installation Note: If the item has been installed, a return may be declined unless the defect was discovered during installation and documented immediately with photos/videos.
How to File a Return Request
- Contact Us Within 30 Days: Email support@tgdecorus.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Provide Evidence: Please include:
- Photos of the item and the defect/damage
- Photos of the outer box and inner packaging
- A short video (recommended for electrical/function issues)
- Wait for Approval: If approved, we will email you return instructions and any required RMA/reference number. Please do not ship any item until you receive our approval email.
Return Shipping & Fees
For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items, TGDecorus will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label, depending on the carrier and package size.
If the returned item is inspected and found to be non-defective or inconsistent with the submitted claim, we may decline the return or deduct applicable shipping/handling costs from the refund (where permitted).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return to confirm the defect/damage, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time (often 7–10 business days) to post the refund to your account.
Replacements & Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we may offer a free replacement (including parts replacement where appropriate) or an exchange for the same item, subject to stock availability. Please contact us at support@tgdecorus.com to arrange this.
Damages in Transit (48-Hour Reporting)
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the package or product is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product so we can assist quickly. Claims submitted after 48 hours may be limited depending on carrier requirements.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement if it has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled.
